Belize is country with warm and friendly people that has a size of 8,867 square miles, and rests on the North Eastern Caribbean coast of Central America, bordered by Mexico to the northwest and Guatemala to the west and south.
Formerly known as British Honduras, Belize is the only English speaking country in Central America and a member of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). This small country includes a land mass of over 200 islands and three major atolls that are located along the magnificent barrier reef which is the largest in the western hemisphere and second largest in the world.
Belize has a population of approximately 280,000 people with mixed ethnicity and those include:
